  The supermarket’s best, 90% lean

  We wanted to know how our beef stacked up against the best that you could buy in the supermarket. 
  Below is a comparison of 1 lb. of 90% lean Ground Sirloin from the supermarket and 1 lb. of our Highland beef. 
  Both were browned without any additives or spices for 10 minutes.

  At the end of cooking, the supermarket’s Ground Sirloin yielded 
  1/3 cup of “fatty juice”. The amount of juice from our Highland 
  hamburger was immeasurable.
 
 
  But the story doesn’t end there! We taste-tested the two, and the 
  flavor difference was far more impressive than what was left over
  in the pans.  The supermarket beef had virtually no flavor, while 
  the Highland beef was delicious! Take the test for yourself and
